Create Your Achievements Summary
Electronic Candidate Achievements Newsletter (E-CAN)

On a periodic basis we provide employers with short summaries of candidate's capabilities and achievements in our Electronic Candidate Achievements Newsletter (E-CAN). The candidate achievements summary is assigned an internal Talent Mindset Resources Candidate ID Number in place of your identity.

Creating a personal achievements summary is entirely voluntary but we feel it provides an additional opportunity to be considered by a larger group of potential employers than might otherwise be expected.

Your Achievement summary should be limited to a maximum of 5 or 7 lines of information and should in no way identify you by name or include the name of your current employer. If you have any questions about achievements summaries, please contact us with any questions.
